The plan for this division is to have a total of 200 MW of installed solar power plants by the end of 2026, with some already installed and generating electricity, while the majority of projects are in preparation and being continuously constructed.

The largest portion of the energy capacity will be generated by two solar power plants being built on 62 hectares of land purchased in 2022 near the highway and connected to the power grid. Additionally, VROS Holding has long-term easement agreements with specific companies throughout the region for land and roof leasing, as well as the installation of solar panels that will produce over 300 million kWh annually.

The return of equity (ROE) is less than 2 years, indicating exceptional profitability under current conditions.

The leadership competitiveness is based on the fact that we can still access significant non-refundable financial resources from EU funds, which significantly enhances the profitability of the holding.

VVROS Holding, along with its operating companies, has built and is building numerous solar power plants and hydroelectric plants, gaining a status as one of the industry leaders. After the construction of our own 200 MW solar power plants, we plan to build hydrogen production facilities and raise additional capital through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
